Terms of service

The service

Pipwed helps couples plan a wedding: tasks, budget, guests, invitations, a wedding website and the day itself. Some features are free; others need a purchase for one wedding.

Your account

• You must be an adult able to enter a contract.
• Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
• You can invite your partner and collaborators. You decide what each collaborator can see and change.

Purchases

• Prices are shown before you pay. A purchase covers one wedding and both partners.
• Checkout is handled by Whop, which sells to you as the seller of record and handles taxes and receipts.
• Access lasts until 12 months after your wedding date (see the privacy notice).
• Refunds follow our refund policy.

Money between guests and couples

Pipwed never collects, holds or transfers money for gifts or anything else. Gift and payment buttons link guests to the couple's own accounts. Any payment is between the guest and the couple, and Pipwed is not a party to it.

Your content

• You keep ownership of everything you and your guests add. You give us permission to store and show it only to run Pipwed for you.
• Only add information and pictures you have the right to share, and nothing unlawful, hateful or harmful.
• Couples are responsible for the guest data they collect and for moderating their guest album.

Vendors and third parties

Pipwed is not a vendor marketplace. Agreements with venues, suppliers and other services are between you and them.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Pipwed available and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may improve or change features; we will not remove a paid feature you rely on for your wedding without offering a fair alternative or refund.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses or for the acts of vendors or guests.

Ending

You can stop using Pipwed and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after warning you where possible. Export your data first: it is deleted as described in the privacy notice.

Law

If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
