We want you to be sure Pipwed is right for your wedding.
Seven days, no questions
If Pipwed is not right for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of your purchase and you get the full amount back. You do not need to give a reason.
How to ask
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Whop, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
- Write to hello@pipwed.com from the email on your account, or
- request it from your Whop purchase page.
After seven days
Purchases are not refundable after 7 days, except where the law of your country gives you a right to one, or if a paid feature you bought stops working and we cannot fix it.
What happens to your wedding
After a refund, paid features end. Your planning data stays yours: export it any time from More, or delete your account.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to, and does not reduce, any rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
